my first marauder right need help plz with passive tree

this is my first marauder and im not sure where to go with it, im lvl 40 and im in cruel act 2 atm. and its been pretty decently easy up to this point, i wanted to go with bow marauder but i couldnt get the high enough dps and what not so now im choosing between 2h or 1h and i need to know what passives to get if i go either way and what skills/gear would be good, any advice wou ld be much appreciated thanks :}

dont get alos of resistance you can use purity and you will easy get +80%
dont go life gain on kill..

@hisacred what do u use? maces? arent those one handed? yet u have melee damage nodes for two handed weapons

Don't feel too bad, we've all made mistakes in the beginning. This is the best way to learn as well, you get to try all the different ways to build a character first hand.

My recommendation would be to browse the forum and looking at all the different guides that are posted here, just to get some inspiration. And then try to make something of your own with the skill gems you like playing.
