what i doing wrong i have low dps

The way to achieve higher dps is by amplifying a reasonable base. It looks like you are going for elemental dps, so that means you will need gear with +elemental damage. Auras will help a LOT.
And then you simply amplify that damage with +weapon elemental damage nodes and/or gems. To maximize your rain of arrows for example, you will need to link it to Faster Attacks and Weapon Elemental Damage at least. You can go even further with a 4L and add Concentrated Effect. Most people will also go for Inner Force as well, to make the auras even better. You can reach high dps numbers with Inner Force + Catalyze + Anger + Wrath alone. My Supporter Pack list compensates for my small penis.

anger/wrath/grace/purity/haste/determination + inner force.
As your mana based, you can achive 6 auras. you do need to blood magic+reduce mana, anger/wrath/grace / and put the other 3 40% auras to mana with reduce mana gem them. You can put grace maybe into mana, but thats end game like 80. Total 2x4 slots all linked needed min. Flat elemental damage 1-50 lightning on rings/amulet/quiver/gloves. elemental weapon damage % on belt. LA/LMP/chain/weapon elemental/life on hit/blood magic. Chain is very very important to do god damage. MIN 5 link needed/ 6L (weapon elem) then you need more attack speed, the more attack speed you have the more elemental debuff damage effects like shock that quadruples your damage into GOD mode. Thats why you need static blows.
