Trade Site showing characters that are offline as online

Hi,
Row upon row of people i have contacted for items are showing as offline when you send them a message, this is immediately after refreshing the trade, and has been happening for the last hour or two. Has a bug come up in the API somewhere? Hope it gets fixed soon! :) Last bumped on Sep 16, 2019, 5:41:47 PM

I am experiencing this as well. Have just whispered about 30 people and only 2 were Online. Have the search set to Online only and the site says they are all Online.
For more detailed information, I do beta testing for $75 an hour.
