[3.10] Memoria's Icicle Mine Saboteur [SSF, League Starter]




Hello everyone!

I present to you my second build guide!

This is an Icicle mine build that let's you melt down everything from a safe distance. No uniques required, can be done in SSF and on a budget. Still a really strong build in 3.10 with a slight nerf to mine cast speed. Sub in Pyroclast for single target if you feel that the dmg on bosses is lacking.

Nerfs to Icicle Mine in 3.9

Icicle Mine
Icicle Mine was providing enormous area coverage and damage at very little cost, and was also causing performance problems. These changes are intended to bring Icicle Mine in line with other mines, as well as alleviate the performance issues it was causing.
The projectiles now fade over time, similar to Freezing Pulse, but without the gradual damage drop-off. In other words, the mines will have a shorter range by default, but can be increased by increasing the skill's Projectile Speed.
Now has 4 additional projectiles at all levels (from 6 at gem level 20).
Now gains 1% increased Projectile Speed per 1% gem quality (from 1% increased Projectile Damage per 1% gem quality).


We will get shorter range and less projectiles and in the end the clear will suffer a bit, however we can increase the range with projectile speed as we see fit. So yes, it's a nerf but since Icicle mines are very strong it's not unwarranted and it will still be a very good build for both map clearing and end game bossing.

I'd drop whatever decreases your dmg the least, most likely crit.
what would the ideal endgame gg wands look like?
As a completley newbie to mines and no experience in to crafting, how good is this build a guy like me xd
