Bulk item listing not updating (been over 24 hrs) on trade API

Whenever a major league transfer happens (Legion -> Standard) the site usually takes a while to recover.

(it recovered after 16 or so hours this time it seems, we are looking at improving this but it unfortunately isn't simple due to our architecture)
