Game Client Not Updating

It will sit like this for hours


Speed Test My Cap is 400Mbps

I am running on an older socket 1366 dual Xeon build,

Motherboard: Tyan S7012-GM4NR
CPU: Dual L5520 2.27GHz CPUs
Memory: Kingston 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 Registered ECC
Video: ATI Radeon RX 560 4GB
HDD1: Crucial 525GB MX300 SSD Sata III
HDD2: 8TB Seagate BarraCuda 5400RPM 256MB Cache
PCI: 7 Port USB 3.0 Card
PSU: 480W PSU

All of my other games run, play, and update as they should. I was just playing the other day after updating which also took a while just not this bad. I have even tried a fresh install with the normal PC Client.

Any useful help would be greatly appreciated.

It just completed... Serious why does it take forever before it updates?

maybe because your antivirus system slows it down?

I had no problem doing the update and I am using Windows'10 with Microsoft's antivirus system.
