need spectre suggestion !!! PLS help

hi, I am making summoner build guide atm and need some help, pls don't troll. many thanks to any1 ready to share tips.

1. I need to find a specter that:
a. do spell physical damage, high dps
b. fastest attack speed or cast speed (highest hit per second)

2. how to know the level and curse quality that specter use? let say they lev 84

3. is there any mod-sextant or anything that can increase monster lever over 86 ( shaper realm is 86 )

4. if u got 2 curse limit, ur specter can apply curse, ur animated guardian can apply curse, how many curses the monster can have if all apply.

5. anything can modify "minion instability", except minion life.

6. how the mod "minion" and "you" work when i equip that item in the animated guardian? is he get those?

I don't fully understand your criteria, but sandowrn slaves have cyclone, which attacks rapidly with physical damage:
