bugs with blue fire skill gems with the shadow class ?

when the gem is equipped in the equipment screen and when you go over the gem the damage is fine like 20-60 damage but when you go over the same the spell when out of the equipment screen when you go over it on the hot key pollup and go over any fire spell to pic for a key the damage is lower ??? like 20-60 to 5-15 for the same spell ??? fix this
