Linking steam account

I added my steam account to my poe account and it created a new account, i was wondering if i could get my other account back.

for that you will need to e-mail GGG support directly since they don't offer that kind of account support via the forum.
Support reponse time can be 2 - 5+ days at the moment. | |

To piggyback on HanSolo's post, if you play on Steam, do not link. Never ever. You already have an account here on the website/forum. When you link, you told the system to override your real account with an empty one. You can however add an email if you wish to login to the standalone client.
