Missing character

Hello. I played PoE yesterday and everything was fine but as soon as I walked in the next day my hero disappeared
Maybe this is due to the fact that I created an account on the site just during the game in PoE Please help. Last bumped on Jul 21, 2019, 5:48:56 PM

did you try to "link" the new account with your steam account, if yes then you just deleted your steam account doing that.
However, if you e-mail GGG support they can fix that for you but support response time can be up to 5+ days at the moment. | |

Yep, HanSoloDK's right. If you have a standalone Path of Exile account associated to your email address and link your Steam credentials to it using this tool, any Path of Exile account you have currently associated to your Steam will be overwritten by your standalone account.
