PS4 crashes and disconnects

Since yesterday, I am getting a new issue. It kicks out to the main screen saying I was disconnected. I am losing the map I had open and all the items I picked up in the map. This really sucks because I am trying to fill out my atlas and I only had one of each map I got disconnected on. I also have lag and desync's that everyone else is complaining about that is causing me to die and not allow any progression on my character. I am playing a implale/bleed slayer.
