what gem is increasing its effect ?
i tried "increased duration" and it does nothing.


i really don't anderstand the reason for "increased duration".
The charge doesn't last much time. The cd is a real pain and "increased duration" reaaly seems to be a logic choice.

Frenzy is so much easier to use (and efficient) and all the gems that are working for a normal attack are ok.

Learn how charges work and why increased duration has no effect. Also i suggest using 2 separate gems for the purpose of bypassing cooldown.
