Microtransaction Stash is empty outside of town

This one is minor and not too annoying, but it seems I can only summon or unsummon my Kiwi when in town. When I leave town, it is no longer shown in my microstash.

I'm unsure if this would be the case for all items or just the regular Kiwi because that's all I have in there at this point.
