I would like to thank you for the way you are handling this situation. You have performed like no other company I know of.
I had two holds on my account but after 10 minutes they were removed. You guys rock. I would gladly pay for this game. We (I) trust you will have everything dealing with everyone's bank accounts resolved soon. I would imagine your office is pretty chaotic right now, but I thank and am impressed by your diligent work. Yeah, I ended up with multiple pending transactions on my account due to the 405 error, but GGG was swift in getting them credited back.

Similar thing happened to me. Within an hour everything was corrected. Excellent Customer Service.

Really is amazingly good customer service. I've encountered problems like this in the past with other game companies and I have never seen such a quick and efficient response as we just witnessed with GGG.
