V 1.3 Update (11/09/2019):
-END-GAME Pob updated for 3.8 with new gems. -Feeding Frenzy can potentially be used instead of Multistrike / Ruthless. Noob question:
Do we need "Socketed gems are supported by lvl # Fortify" or could we just use a "Fortify Support" gem as 6th gem in a staff? Currently way cheaper to go 6-link than to get a Elder staff with 20 Fortify(currently 15ex) | |

Hi,
