Ngamahu, Flame's Advance ascendancy not working after patch

Yeah I don't seem to be getting the benefit from this ascendancy trait anymore. When I hover over my ability the DPS doesn't change after 10 seconds like it used to.

People are definitely having issues with Ascendancy nodes. I'm not getting Pendulum of Destruction on my Elementalist, and another guy's Guardian isn't getting his Time of Need. Bug report threads have been submitted for both.
