Cannot enter mine

Steps:
1. use subterranean chart from mine encampment (or from mine, or talk to Niko from ho)
2. select a point you can go.
Now screen shows "Entering Azurite Mine", there is a non-trivial chance that nothing happens.
Open subterranean chart, it shows dotted line indicating the carwler is ready to go to the selected direction, but character stays at where it was, and cannot click anything on subterranean chart.
After switch zone, the subterranean chart will be clickable again, and I can do another attempt.

btw this has been an issue for a long time, but recent 2 days has been much worse (maybe 20% success rate or less), making mine almost inaccessible.

Bug report number 4160791737 (reported after a failed attempt enter the mine from encampment).

Also there is a smaller chance to fail to enter mine encampment in recent 2 days, not sure if they are the same issue.

I have been experiencing the same issue for the last 2 days as well.

I'm only able to actually take about 4 to 5 tries to be able to get into the mine. If I'm already in the mine and need to load a new instance, it will fail. I can't even return to hideout because I will be "disconnected from server".

Why does this issue continue to exist? It has been going on since Delve league itself but GGG seems to be extremely silent about it.
