Error with my chipset

I keep getting an error. I think its because it doesn't support my chipset Intel(R)Graphics Media accelerator 3150 this is my adapter type it should run this game fine. I did read the system req. Also this laptop can run games like Allods and Forsaken world. But here is the error. "unable to create pixel shader . D3DERR_INVALIDCALL invalid call" I also cant load the rain i the load screen or the charecters in the background after logging in don't load.

Long story short when will more graphic cards and chipsets have added support?
