League of the Short Sun (Legion, No Mods)

This a small league for playing with friends without the annoyance of trade league. In honor of Gene Wolfe.

Rules:
- Be nice to each-other, if I have to deal with drama you may end up being removed.
- Don't spam global with trade stuff, use trade for that.

The league is currently set to 20 slots for 30 days. I will be funding a large amount of the cost, but I'd appreciate crowdfunding contributions, especially if we fill up and more slots are needed.
