Rules:
No Muling
Once a character has entered the Templar Laboratory they cannot re-enter this zone with the same character
A player may NEVER have two characters alive at the same time in the Private League

Breaking these rules will result in your acount removed from the league
Suspected Mule Accounts will also be removed

The League Mods:
Monsters Deal 20% Increased Damage
Monsters Have 40% More Life
Monsters Have 20% Increased Cast, Attack and Movement Speed
Monsters Gain 30% of Physical Damage as Extra Fire, Cold and Lightning
Monsters Fire 2 Additional Projectiles
Life, Mana, Energy Shield and Flasks, Do Not Refill When You Enter Town
Players Have -40% to All Resistances (this includes chaos resistance)
Players Have No Access to Their Stash or Guild Stash
Items of Magic or Rare Rarity Will Not Drop, They Can Be Crafted (uniques still drop as normal)
NPCs Will Not Have the Options to Sell or Buy (divination card trade ins and craft benches are still available)
Hardcore
Legion
