PSA: Cloak of Flame is actually really, really good armor!

What that 20% fire damage conversion basically does is give you a flat 15-17% physical damage reduction.

There are a few caveats however:
-You have to have maxed resists. High level purity and Elemental Adaptation can bring the DR level to 17%, though that's kind of a side benefit to being able to tank all elemental damage anyway.
-If your build focuses on stacking an extreme amount of armor or evasion bonus nodes, a 2500+ chest might be more beneficial to you.
-If you stack your health bonus passives to an absolutely bonkers level while having low strength, a +80 health modifier might be more beneficial.

In any other case, you can essentially multiply your health by 1.15 by wearing this chest. Aside from Darkscorn (which isn't feasible to use unless you go CI, in which case tankiness won't be part of your design), nothing else has this property. Of course, Kaom's Heart would certainly beat this out when it comes to increasing effective HP, but not everybody has access to one of those.

So perhaps combine that with the Immortal Incinerator build for some fun.
