[3.6] Cold Barrage Voidfletcher Pathfinder or Deadeye

This build utilizes the mechanic of the Voidfletcher bow to do quick bursts of damage and clear all content in the game.

Utilizing the wording of "when you fire an arrow" it can unleash all of the projectiles at once when using Barrage, therefore we stack sources of +projectiles, such as the Dying Sun and Death's Opus bow to scale both the aoe overlap of the quiver and barrage damage

I wanted a +1 proj corrupted quiver too, but that is too expensive for me right now since I want to make a new build.

With this build I have done:
All regularmaps
Shaper
Elder
Uber Atziri
Uber Elder
Uber Lab
ALL unique maps, including hall of grandmasters(with pathfinder variant, using a scorching ray offhand for regen scrubs and block reduction gem for rest also "ItBurnsWhenIPeeFire" can be outranged)
Didnt do pure breachstones yet

Advantages
-Extremely high scaling, the more you invest the better;
-Cheap to start;
-Amazing clear;
-Good to amazing single target, depending on investment.

Disadvantages
-Can get expensive to do endgame like uber elder if you dont know mechanics too well;
-The way I built is squishy, but you can make it less so, but it wont be a true tank unless you forego damage;
-Personally I woudnt league start with it.

Pathfinder version(my current one)
Slower than deadeye, a bit less damage and less party utility, better flask sustain and defenses.

Deadeye version
Faster,stronger,donger. Cant drink too much tho

https://pastebin.com/ZqwRLbSw

Gems
Single target
Barrage-added cold-cold pen-GMP if you dont have dying sun, after dying sun ele damage with attacks-energy leech if you have the int, otherwise slower proj-ele focus again if int, otherwise hypothermia

Clear
You can use whatever you like, Lightning Arrow and Ice Shot are the best imo, but you can use Tornado Shot, shrapnel(weird flex but ok) and split arrow (Still sane, exile?)
I use Ice Shot on the deadeye and Lightning Arrow on the pathfinder
Ice Shot-GMP-Chain-Mirage Archer-Ele Damage With Attacks-Crit Strikes or Added Cold
Lightning Arrow-GMP-Chain-Mirage Archer-Ele Damage With Attacks-Crit Strikes or Added Cold

Utility
3L Herald Of Ice-Curse on Hit-Ass Mark
1S Portal
4L Frost Bomb-Inc Duration-Blood Rage-Blink Arrow
3L CWDT-Immortal Call-Increased Duration I use CWDT lvl 2 and IC lvl 4
1S Hatred

HC Viable?

Personally I am a softcore player, therefore who needs defenses LuL but you can achieve better defenses if you trade speed or damage, just adjust your tree and gear for those purposes, like wearing a kaoms heart instead of hyrris, and single target on offhand instead on chest.
Here is an exemple of hc gearing I would do: https://pastebin.com/dSbQQDuC probably use ice shot for the chill

My gear when I wrote this:
Spoiler

Current Character

https://pastebin.com/7mK5uCzc

Pantheon

Major - Soul of the Brine King normally, either Solaris or Arakaalis for uber elder
Minor- Shakari is my prefered one normally, while Ryslatha and Yugul are good for big bosses, I prefer Ryslatha tho

Gear Priority

As a bow build, your main priority will be... your boots, jk it is the bow. Buy the prophecy, a well rolled deaths harp and make the Opus yourself, then use the prophecy again for 5L, until you can afford to make a 6l yourself or buy a 6l one

Next up is the hyrris armor, it just adds a ton of damage. If you want to be more defensive get a belly, kaom, perfect form, kintsugi, yriels, lightning coil (combine with taste of hate), shroud of the lightless(if you have good jewels) or farruls for QoL and a bit more hp, if you go farruls i recommend picking more frenzies on the tree.

Next up is the quiver. It is usually very cheap and you can get a decent corruption on it. If it is early on the league you can use a drillneck or a rare one instead. Note that until you get Voidfletcher scourge arrow will outperform barrage almost every way, except if the enemy is behind a door.

Then a bunch of rares with resist and damage, as long as your resists and life expectancies allow it.

Dying sun is the start of major upgrades, I recommend getting it together with a barrage enchant helm, doesnt need to be the extra projectile one but any of them is fine.

Flasks - at least 1 instant flask preferably with bleed removal, 1 immune to curses flask. If you are pathfinder the rest is up to you. If deadeye you will also want a freeze and chill imune flask or other source of immunity.

Now you are pretty much set. Keep getting rare upgrades and squeeze a mark of the elder when you are able to cap resistances, or you can go a big rare ring. If you go pathfinder I recommend Cinderswallow Urn. I died only to uber elder after getting one, the sustain is amazing. Other options include taste of hate, wise oak, atziris promise, bottled faith. It is a matter of personal preference so I wont go too deep into it.

What to look on rares
-Life (as much as possible)
-Resistances(enough to cap or balance if you are wise oak user)
-% Cold damage
-Flat cold damage to attacks
-% Elemental damage with attack skills
-Flat elemental damage to attacks
-Attack speed
-Global multiplier
-Nearby enemies have -9% cold resistance (fossil craft)
-Movement speed on boots(at least 20%)
-Stats like strenght or intelligence, depending on your choices of gems

Bonus video
Shaper on a 4L barrage
https://youtu.be/yU9-tVXCQrY

Enchants

Helm - +1 barrage proj, barrage attack speed, attack speed while using blood rage, all good options
Boots - Damage penetrates 10% of enemy resistance if you havent killed recently for bossing and movement speed if you havent been hit recently for map clear, chance to avoid stun is also good.
Gloves - Reflection and Spite are both good, but it doesnt matter too much

Leveling and transition
I dont recommend starting out fresh with this. That said if you have some currency already to get a tabula and a storm cloud you are set until your end game gear.
Use Raizqt guide, it is kinda old but still holds strong https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELzY5jwWEqw

Can this build do uber elder? also 5L too?
Up to first shaper I did all with 5l, including the shaper himself, I got to a 6l before uber elder tho, if your mechanics are good you can do him with a 5l
I think the guide is done, if someone has any questions you can leave them here or pm me ingame @carregadordenoobs
Can you add a little leveling advice, primary skill used/when you transitioned, etc (for noobs like myself)
Hey, nice guide, I'm using your build and I've reached endagame, but I'm diying quite often on T15 and T16 and I'm lacking dps on boss. I use the deadeye version and I have the 2 6link, as well as Dying sun flask etc. Any advice ?

Get an instant flask, either bubbling or seething, also you are missing around 100 life on gear that is easy to acquire (ring and jewel), and a curse immune silver instead of the cinderswallow is probably better for the deadeye version. A adrenaline roll in the quicksilver and a instant flask of staunching will work wonders for your movespeed and clear.
There is a 8% cold damage node on your tree that could be 5% life. Your lightpoacher will probably kill you on phys reflect maps. For boss damage you need to be close and fire the arrows on top of the boss, so all the voidfletcher projectiles hit him. Other options include Vaal Grace to cap your dodge and a quartz flask to move through mobs. Elemental damage with attacks is stronger than slower projectiles on the barrage setup.
can i use Tornado shot in bow?
what gem setup? same LA?

Thanks a lot for your reply, abyss jewels with flat cold and life are better than normal ones with %cold damage and life?
I need to invest a bit into new jewels but it's quite expensive for me at the moment. And I didn't notice the life node, thanks again

Not necessarely better, you would need to compare on your pob, but generally it gives more life than % life on a jewel since we dont get flat from hyrris. If you use another chest % life will probably be better. Also multiplier is generally a better stat than flat if you ar usng hyrris. Thanks for trying the build :)
