Hi, Issue as described by OP. Textures and art animations play and move, whilst being unable to move or do anything, seems to go anywhere from half a second to about five seconds, in both lockstep and predictive. Happening in a constant reoccurring loop. Same PC tested at a Friends, has no issues (Different ISP's). Have tried different modem and different cables, have yet to change ISP. NBN50 Plan. Can confirm again after playing tonight. Using Barefoot Telecom with no VPN causes big lag spikes in the evening (unplayable).
