Ladder Event #1-4 Spreadsheets?

Hello, I wanted to perform some data analysis on the CSV files offered on the Ladder pages. During ladder race 4, I was unable to download the corresponding CSV file (I got a 403 forbidden error). I was just now able to get a CSV file using this URL for Event #4 but it is empty:

http://www.pathofexile.com/ladder/export-csv/league/Event %234/index/1

Is it possible to get a copy of these or not? Thanks.
