[3.7] Ball Lightning Elementalist - Comfortable, safe, scales well. Simply enjoying your balls.

ive been playing with my own ball lightning build for 2 leagues now, i searched for one because i was curious about how others have done it. (gear, character, nodes etc) After seeing this one im proud of my build because i feel DPS and defenses are really low here.. i went with shadow trickster and have 324k shaper dps with 8.3k hp/es but i will say, i havent thought about Cloak of Defiance and Mind of the Council and i believe they will boost my builds defenses even more!

PS using Cyclopean Coil so i cant get shocked, but it will be harder to obtain in 3.9.
