This is my League starter Build for 3.7!

This is a very Budget/Beginner Friendly build for 3.7

Pros and Cons:

+ FAST CLEARSPEED
+ VERY SAFE

3.7 Patch notes for this build

Ngamahu, Flame's Advance: Has moved. Now grants 100% of physical damage as extra fire damage every 10 seconds for 4 seconds (from 70% of physical damage).
Hinekora, Death's Fury: Has moved. No longer causes 1% of damage dealt by your totems to be leeched to you as life. Now grants 20% chance to cover rare or unique enemies in ash for 10 seconds on hit (from 10% chance). Now requires Ngamahu, Flame's Advance or Ramako, Sun's Light (previously required Ngamahu, Flame's Advance).
Arohongui, Moon's Presence: Now makes your totems immune to fire damage.Tukohama, War's Herald: Has been completely reworked. Now causes 1% of damage dealt by your totems to be leeched to you as life, grants 50% increased effect of buffs granted by your active ancestor totems, gives your ancestor totems 100% increased activation range, and grants 25% increased area of effect while you have a totem.

Some small Tree changes: Singular Focus + extra area damage on that direction.
Around 400 life regen per sec.
+ MORE DAMAGE thanks to new chieftain changes, 3.6 was 2.0 mil dps. 3.7 is with this build is now 2.4 mil dps.


Flame Totem Rework

Skill Reworks
Flame Totem/Holy Flame Totem
Flame Totem has been renamed. It is now Holy Flame Totem.
Now creates Consecrated Ground at the totem's location. This consecrated ground grants Curse Immunity.
Now deals Physical Damage, and converts 50% of Physical Damage to Fire Damage.
Now deals 3 to 5 Physical Damage at gem level 1 (from 1 to 2 Fire Damage), up to 134 to 202 at gem level 20 (from 122 to 183).
Now costs 11 mana to cast at gem level 1 (from 12) up to 39 mana at gem level 20 (from 42).
Now has an added damage effectiveness of 30% (from 25%).
Now fires 2 additional projectiles at all levels (previously gained additional projectiles at gem levels 5 and 9). These projectiles fire in a wider cone than previously.
Now has 20% more Totem Life.
Now gains 1% increased Projectile Speed per 1% quality (previously gained 1% increased Totem Life per 1% quality).
Is now considered 'Channelling', and will be affected by things which modify Channelled skills.


(Infernal Mantle)
Infernal Mantle This Body Armour Provides you with a good amount of damage and +1 Level Of Socketed Fire Gems
(Luckily i got it and made it 6-Linked) running maps and everything is melting down! (Current at Lvl 90)

Just go and grab 1 Essence Worm and put Your Anger Aura in there and you should have around 850 unreserved Mana left.

With the new change for Holy Flame Totem that now gives you: immune to Curses to nearby allies while on conc ground) witch gives us a more survivability!

AND ALSO With the new change of "+1 Totem on a shield" is now available on Shaper based Shields witch gives us our 4rth Totem. (5 total with multiple totem support)

Info:
Immortal Call No longer makes you immune to physical damage for a duration.
Base duration is now 1 second at all gem levels (from 0.4 seconds).
Now has an instant cast time (from 0.85 seconds).
Now causes you to take 25% less elemental damage and 25% less physical damage at gem level 1, with the values growing based on the gem level, up to 34% less elemental damage and 35% less physical damage at gem level 20.

Why Arcane Surge level 10?
- Arcane Surge needs mana spent to be triggered, level 10 is good for decent mana spent, this Curse Combo Provides you with extra Spell Damage / Cast Speed

(Grab 1 Sulphur Flask at lvl 35 for some extra damage and Consecrated Ground)

OBS! If you get problems with mana you could just unequip Herald Of Ash Until you get the Unique Ring Essence Worm and Put the Aura Anger on it.

Hello. seems very strong and safe build to play.
Im still thinking between this one and Freezing Pulse Hiero Totem.
Both are cheap to start... this one i guess is more "tank".
I'll try this one first. I hope this can do all end-game (guardians,shaper Uber Elder)

Your crit chance is way too low, why not EO then?
Also, your PoB is not set on Shaper.

Hi,
I can run with EO aswell with: Orb of Storms - Power charge on crit - curse on hit - flammability ( combo ) to get that nice EO damage.

I cannot craft +1 totem on shaper based shield yet cuz of patch not released.

To fix that crit chance u might need to get some crith chance nodes on jewels/items

Looks like a build that can be great once it's finished, a bit more survivability than most totem builds which could be great QoL when mapping, I bet the clearspeed will be good enough anyway.

Awesome build, I myself am thinking of going till 41 with 1 Totem and Firestorm and then picking up a Nycta's Lantern(unless it's super expensive also leaves body armor open for soul mantle early on) and Ancestral Bond and have that carry me to Yellow/red maps to farm chaos orbs.

If you dont get the soul mantle u could also get infernal mantle witch provides you with some nice + levels on fire gems and alot of crit chance and 15% of Fire Damage Converted to Chaos Damage :)

If you chose Infernal Mantle, you might as well go with Blood Magic (tree, Tukohama's Fortress or both) to avoid the dreaded "25% increased spell damage taken when on low mana" (0 mana is not "low").

As for wanted unique items, Hrimnor's Resolve is a great choice (life, damage and chill/freeze immunity for some big time QoL) as is Winds of Change, the default projectile speed (range) is appallingly low. Karui Ward also helps in that department.

I just updated the Abyss jewels with some crit chance that people can craft and penetrate alla ele resistance :)

I was thinking about Infernal Mantle with Tukohama, i might create a build with that aswell.
