How will I be notified if I have recieved a beta key?

I looked through the FAQ and the forum but I've still yet to find out how i'll be notified.

It's not a huge deal, I was just wondering whether i'll be notified via PM on the site or E-mail? Or perhaps both.

On another note, I think this should be added to the FAQ section, although I wouldn't want to overstep any boundaries by suggesting so.
