Sound muting occurring from Blasphemy support gem being applied to Conductivity Gem

Bug number 2,640,307,582 = 2640307582

Noticed a sudden lack of game sounds during combat with mobs, traced it back to having conductiviy operating as aura via the Blasphemy support gem.

Arc lightening sounds are muted unless cast repeatedly, but the cascade of arcs isn't heard. Like wise much of the mob sounds, fighting sounds and dieing sounds are lost. Pretty sure there are some other sounds that are missing too.
