infinite loading screen while changing zones

this started happening all of a sudden a couple of days ago.

things i tried to solve this problem;

updated every possible hardware drivers to up to date
tried different latency prediction modes from path of exile(predictive,lockstep)
monitored hardware temperatures
run game on dx9
cleared all loot filters still using none
cleared my system temp files
checked my harddisks for errors with dskchk
checked problems with anti-virus and anti malware programs
verified game files on steam
switched from my ssd to hdd
switched to standalone client
cleared regedit files

nothing seems wrong it frequently happens while changing zones it just keeps loading and so frustrating to have this (happens every 1 out of 3 zones)


i'm playing on (frankfurt) im using ethernet connection(tried different ethernet cables)

Hey! I have been having this same issue but it is now happening immediately after character selection. Every. Single. Time. I am literally unable to get past the first loading screen after selecting my character.

I have tried:
Clearing temp files
Clearing filters
Reinstalled twice onto SSD (I plan on trying to switch the game from my SSD to my spin drive)
Changing graphics/game settings in pre-login menu.
