Self-cast Discharge animation completely missing.  You may notice the character on the gif consuming charges while I'm taking damage. (orb of storms deal no actual dps)  This happens both in predicitive and lockstep mode, at 40ms and 170ms latency, with or without Dischagre MTX active. I'm sure it's some sort of synchronization issue, for some reason client not getting 'event occurs -> play animation' notify from server.
