Thouching a friendly npc while using cyclone eats mana

I just tested it myself and tocuhing a friendly npc while spamming cylone ate all of my mana in 4 secs.But in normal i cant eat all of my mana by just spamming cyclone. char just bugs and my mana goes. it does same with just clicking one time to skill, too
