-Added brand new challenge "Complete Atlas Objectives 0/600".
-All Melee-type skill gems now have 30% reduced damage (total).
-Arc gets 20% more lightning damage buff.
-Killing Syndicate Mastermind will now decrease your levels by 1.

Hopefully they nerf this mechanics. Destroying the market for "normal" player heavily and making Lvl 100 a joke -.-

the only item on that list likely to come about is a straight pure breachstone nerf..... and the melee nerf/arc buff lul

If so, 1000% Scourge Arrow is going to get crushed. Maybe Arc. No buffs for melee cause Chris Wilson thinks melee is fine somehow (don't think he even plays the game anymore). HoA nerf...maybe. Some reworks of some skills no one cares about and will continue to be bad even after the reworks.
