Bex is a positive influence.

I've never seen her swing a gavel, though I'm sure she does. Everyone has different talents.

Some people start massive eye-candy threads for the enjoyment of the community, others moderate the dog-house best they can in times of turmoil.

We need both.

I remember Bex introducing me to gramatik albums back in the day when she still posted, which i still listen to occasionally, so i don't need the whole "four years CM" thing to appreciate her :)

So when did Bex come to work for GGG? I came to play in December of 2012 when I won a CB key in the GGG lottery (that was a very nice email to receive).

As to the 2nd part I know nothing about you so other than straight up trolling for complements why should we be "grateful" that you are still here?
