Disconnections on joining zones [AU]

So I'm having a lot of disconnections on random zone joins, about 1 in 3-4 will just disconnect. I can't run labs simply because of the disconnects when changing rooms. Just today however I've had the game unexpectedly disconnect when I'm just running thru maps twice. The game doesn't crash, only logs me out.

I've tried joining through different servers with higher ping which has somewhat fixed this issue in the past, however nothing I've tried has really changed anything.

Any advice for this please?

I'm using a wireless connection to a router with a regular 10mbps download speed.

I haven't had any connection issues with other games or streaming services.

(3) Do you have regular ping spikes (F1 toggle on-off Latency graph) while playing?
