Why does it always take three login attempts to get in?

(1) Do you have other ping/latency issues in POE? Or other online games?
(2) Is it reproducible (packet loss) in WinMTR and or PingPlotter (the first couple of pings have packet loss, then the following pings have no packet loss)? https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789/page/1#p11291009 Please use pastebin to post your results. (3) If you have packet loss the first few pings, you need to troubleshoot your network setup (eg (a) wired connection to internet router, not wifi (b) test a different public DNS (Google, Cloudflare, OpenDNS) vs the DNS your ISP pre-loaded into your internet router).
