Since my pc could only run POE with Dynamic resolution on 60 which makes the game super pixelated and i still have lag spikes,my question is does GGG allow tools which remove shadows,gore lights etc? And if not any suggestions except the usual change your pc ? :D

Some graphics card drivers do allow to reduce quality (improve performance) beyond the games own graphics settings. eg AMD Adrenaline https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-012.
Can I ask for your PC specs? Depending on your PC specs, you could buy a used graphics card (ebay) eg from AMD (that is not throttled by your "low end" CPU) and play on the lowest details. eg a used AMD RX 480 goes for 100ish USD. Last edited by RPGNoobANKA on Feb 7, 2019, 3:59:41 PM
