what skills are considered buffs?

hi,

i have question, on my templar i have skill that increases buff duration length by certain percent now before i put points into them i want to know what skills are considered buffs.. for example tempest shield is a buff? or molten shield? its not very clear right now^^ i appreciate a reply as soon as possible so i can decide to invest in this skill or not

Molten Shell, Phase Run, Blood Rage, Immortal Call. Anything else currently in the game that "could" be labeled as a buff is a mana reservation skill, which at the moment is treated differently.
