Account was hacked haven't heard back from customer support in seven+ days

Hi,

My account and email were hacked about ten days ago(I created a new one just to post this), and my account was deleted by the perpetrators. I was able to recover my email address and have tried emailing customer support, they replied twice to my emails and said they would look into it. It's been seven days since I have had any response from support and am wondering if I am out of luck or what is going on. I have had said account since beta and have a lot of time and money invested into the game. I am really hoping someone can help me out or tell me what is going on since the email tech support isn't giving me any information.
