Locomancer Acheivement 91/93

Hello,

I am stuck on 91/93 waypoints on one character. I have re-checked all the waypoints, even ensured I got the pre-innocence act 5 ones. Any ideas or it it bugged?

Yes it seems this is bugged.
desided to do some achievements myself and this looked like a no brainer but i have 91/93 too. been googling around and all i can find is a whole bunch of posts and no reply from GGG.
from what i could find out, there is just 91 waypoints. there is 2 waypoints that have been removed. one being in The solaris temple level 2. right before the boss room you can see a broken portal on the ground.
