This was hotfixed on PC in such a way that isn't possible for Xbox, so it's already been fixed there.

Xbox Patch notes will be posted tomorrow morning, they're the same changes PC had, as well as a Xbox specific memory usage improvement. This should help with overall performance and reduce crashes some users may experience.
