Waiting support to solve my problem for over 10 days

I lost access to my previous email which I was using in game,hence I am not able to log in. I have already sent an email including my issue and my new email which I want them to manually change for. I honestly don't want to come off as a impatient and unappreciative customer but I am getting worried after all this time. Please help.
