Commandment of War Enchantment and attacking

I was wondering if anyone knew about getting the glove enchantment Commandment of War to shoot multiple projectiles when triggered? I saw a video from two years ago showing someone playing ranger and the enchantment shooting multiple projectiles out like my normal attack would do. Was the enchantment changed within the last 2 years? I couldn't find anything about it. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

Yea, the animated weapon was attacking with multiple projectiles. This is the video at the the 6:40 mark.

only additional arrows come from gems. Do not have any on tree.
