rigwalds axe

can someone in GGG please test out rigwalds axe? the speed and damage buff while dual wielding isn't working for me. right now its telling me that the soul taker one handed axe is doing more damage while dual wielding rather than rigwalds while paired with a one handed sword. there seems to be a lot of things like this right now, please @jeffGGG look into it.
