yes, only change is blood rage + pantheon interaction, now you need endurance charges to activate it

make sure to select the correct skill, then go out to a zone, buff up, start killing, keep char tab open, check again

Frenzy now gives MORE attack speed per frenzy charge instead of increased so it seems it can be a nice buff?

I didn't use legacy gear in the video, and legacy gear makes very little difference if any at all.

Poet nerf makes the fight a bit longer, but this build doesn't care about it, it sustains flasks endlessly, if you don die in 4 mins you wont fail the run 5-6.

There is a lot to improve on my gear, you can get crazy corruptions and such and perform much better, even in league.

The only thing you should be concerned about is a reliable way to proc the recovery pantheon.

Any idea what will be the best and\or most reliable way to proc the recovery pantheon.

blood rage socketed instead of bodyswap, press weapon swap periodically

or

add RF and a remove ignite flask

or self bleed/poison with a removal flask

or just walk in and out of the degens on the ground during the fight
