Can kill most bosses including shaper and elder, but moving targets are very difficult like uber elder/phoenix/Uber atziri. With 7K life you will be a bit tanky, but you will still die occasionally to the RNG of not critting meaning that once every few hours you might get ganked by a pack of blue mobs or something similar. Can do most game content. Have not tried uber elder, but game damage is on the low end anways. It is a farming build, but can work for bosses too if you are really patient. Solid defense and life pool. 50% block, more if you opt to use rumi's. One of the smoothers builds I have leveled, but weapons were kinda expensive to craft. Status: Working PoB: https://pastebin.com/yMPzJvcZ Summary: Works great for clearing and does bosses just fine up til tier 13+. I did defeat shaper, but it wasn't a good run. Good party build. Use combustion support instead of empower if you don't have the +2 body armour. I just did it for the +1 radius I unlock at level 25.
