Died on Hardcore due to DC

Heya Poe Community!
I just had a desync in a pack of mobs and getting disconnected 5 seconds after it on hardcore. When I logged back in I realized my character died and was in default league now. I wanted to ask you if there is any chance to get a reroll or getting back to hardcore when I message anyone of the support because I think they can check the logfiles to see what happened. I wanted to ask you first because I dont want to bother the support with that noobshit.

Sorry dude but there is nothing to do. You wont even get a reply by any admin aswell.

Thanks for the fast reply. I already thought so because it is beta etc. I wouldnt care so much if my character was arround level 30 as the guy in the link you posted, but I was close to 60 and I just spent everything I had for a 5 L armor and 14% Freezing Pulse so I thought I would give it a try.
So sad right now :(

Two of my last 3 deaths in HC are exactly like yours (Level 80+, 6L Items, etc..)

Either you can suck it up and reroll or play default. Support cant and wont help you.

No and No. Even if it's lag, a stealth nerf, a GGG employee comes to your house and covers your eyes, or a bug or glitch kills you at level 59..... You will not get that character back and you can not cry on the forums. You must suck it up because all those things are part of hardcore play. Accept it or don't play it.

Died again on 78 because of the same problem. GGG you really have to fix those desync/lag/server kick issues. This game is awesome but so many people are quitting because its just no fun to waste so much time and Im gonne follow them. Thanks for a lot of fun and good luck!
