Lost all chars after game crashed

Game crashed at act2.After relog i had lost all characters.contact support link is dead

When did you first begin playing? Is that the account you play on? If not, could you log out of that account and log in on the account you do play with?

I created the forum account today which was not linked on the game account at first.I used to play a long time ago and started again today with some friends.Had an existing forum account but for convenience i created a new one and linked it to the game account

I was playing for 2 hours,game crashed and after i logged in again all characters were lost and i was prompted to create a new character like account was new

Did you link your account after the crash, before you saw your characters were missing?

Before the crash and that's why it is confusing, cause i could play with zero problems for like 2 hours. I logged to my standard char for a bit and then i made a betrayal league char and played with a friend till act 2 when the game crashed.

Do you know what is the problem? Tnx in advance

Email support. Sounds like you created a new account but for 2 hours were playing on your old one and now your new one is the one attached to your characters.
