It should be hard, lol. Yeah fortunately for me I balanced the rest of my resistance in other gears so only need the ES and MS. Still the best I got is 200ES with 15MS, which I sold. How far did you get in delve? Awesome neck! You know your gloves have cast instead of attack speed right? Just making sure it wasn't an oversight. And yeah guys boots are hard to come by. Could you do the charge-stealing mobs? I did 1000 last league by using es on hit also. I did not delve so deep this league, but I figure I could go to same depth. Minmaxing for MS on boots on THIS build is a complete waste of currency in my opinion. Even if you hit 35%, you're not gonna feel it. You should just get used to always using whirling blades.
