I dont know why I get sudden lagspikes. It does happen from time to time, 2-3 hours every day. Its extremely annoying and I don't know why its that.

I tried it on different servers and it still lags.

Hi there,

Thanks for the WinMTR log!

So, first of all, this log appears to be directed towards CloudFlare, who are providing certain services (e.g. DDoS mitigation) to Grinding Gear Games. Their server may not be in the same location as the game server you play on, so it's difficult to ascertain how representative it would be.

That said, the WinMTR log does show an issue;

| 217.239.46.18 - 0 | 2424 | 2424 | 10 | 13 | 135 | 12 |
| 62.157.249.186 - 2 | 2295 | 2263 | 34 | 40 | 135 | 40 |
| 213.198.81.142 - 6 | 2019 | 1917 | 36 | 47 | 155 | 50 |
| 172.65.250.221 - 1 | 2347 | 2327 | 34 | 40 | 160 | 35 |

Here we see packet loss go from the expected 0% to showing that some packets are indeed being lost in transit. While the precise proportion of packets going missing fluctuates - not unexpected, it is a sign of instability afterall - we never see the log go back down to 0%. This shows that it is actual packet loss, and not just how the nodes are configured.

The packet loss appears between 217.239.46.18 and 62.157.249.186. Both of these IP addresses are registered to Deutsche Telekom AG and located somewhere in Germany.

Deutsche Telekom aren't GGG's hosting provider, so unfortunately their leverage over the situation would be limited. Is this your ISP? If so, I would suggest showing the WinMTR log to their support team, highlighting where the packet loss appears, and asking them about it.

I'm not 'Sarno' on Discord. I don't know who that is.
Thanks for the quick reply! I have to call Telekom and ask them why there's a packet loss. Maybe they can provide me with a solution
