Best way to craft this helmet?

Looking to craft a rare helmet for my ele hit scion build. Im looking for these stats in particular...

- +# to maximum Life
- (56–74)% increased Evasion Rating
- +# to Intelligence
- +#% to Fire Resistance
- Nearby Enemies have -9% to Fire Resistance


I know that the last line requires a scorched fossil, but how would I go about getting the first 4 lines? Intelligence would be nice but it isn't mandatory. If I got life, evasion, fire resist and the delve mod I would still be super happy.

Anyways im somewhat new to crafting so im trying to figure it all out. Do I just have to pray to RNGesus and spam a scorched/chaotic resonator and hope to get lucky with the other mods?

So pristine + scorched will give me life, fire resist and - resists to enemies?

+92 max life
3% increased max life
14% increased rarity of items
+10% fire resist
Enemies have -9% to fire resist

than I crafted on

30% evasion rating
+18 to max life.

Gives me about 200 hp when I throw it on, which im pleased with. Thanks for the help. Next time once I get a high lvl elder helm im gonna do the same and try to score the increased burning damage elder mod on top of this. Should be sick.
